01Operator and contact details
Manara One operates this website through two entities: [UAE ENTITY LEGAL NAME], licensed in the Emirate of Sharjah under licence number [LICENCE NO.], with its address at [SHARJAH ADDRESS]; and [US ENTITY LEGAL NAME], established in [US STATE], with its address at [US ADDRESS]. The relevant entity is identified in a customer’s signed agreement. Website legal correspondence may be sent to legal@manaraone.com; privacy and Data Protection Officer enquiries to privacy@manaraone.com; security reports to security@manaraone.com; and accessibility feedback to accessibility@manaraone.com. Please identify the relevant service and request without including unnecessary personal or confidential information.
02Scope, acceptance and customer agreements
These Terms of Use govern access to the public Manara One website, its content and enquiry facilities. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Browsing, requesting information or arranging a demonstration does not create a product subscription or implementation contract. Customer subscriptions, implementation, support, service levels and processing of customer ERP data are governed by the applicable signed agreement. That agreement prevails over these website terms in any conflict concerning the contracted services. Mandatory local law remains applicable regardless of contractual wording.
03Website information and permitted reliance
Website descriptions explain the platform, its modules and connected applications. Illustrative examples and charts are not customer results, forecasts or commitments. Features identified as planned are not represented as currently available. Assess suitability for your organisation and obtain the service scope in your signed agreement before relying on a capability for a business decision. Website information and AI generated responses are general information, not legal, tax, regulatory or other professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining qualified advice when required. We may update website materials to reflect product changes without altering obligations already agreed in a customer contract.
04Lawful use and submitted information
You may browse public content and share public links for legitimate purposes. Do not introduce malware, bypass permissions, impersonate another person, intercept communications or disrupt availability. Automated access must not harm the service or defeat protective controls. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these restrictions further. Information you provide must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted with appropriate authority. Do not place personal or confidential customer records in public AI tools. Enquiries are handled under the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device, network and any credentials used to access contracted services.
05Intellectual property and third party materials
Manara One branding, original website content and software materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights and Federal Decree-Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks. Rights in third party photographs, fonts, software and marks belong to their respective owners. No ownership or software licence is transferred by visiting this website. Do not reproduce, modify or distribute protected materials beyond permission or a lawful exception. Do not imply endorsement or ownership of another party’s marks. External websites and resources have their own terms and privacy practices.
06Electronic communications and records
Electronic communications, acceptance mechanisms and records are recognised subject to Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services and other applicable requirements. Keep copies of communications and any agreement you accept electronically. An enquiry acknowledgement does not itself confirm a subscription, a purchase or a binding delivery date. A contract must identify the parties and agreed scope through the applicable contracting process. You must not forge electronic records, misrepresent authority to sign or interfere with a trust service. We may use electronic channels for notices where permitted by law and the relevant agreement.
07Availability, liability and mandatory rights
We seek to maintain an informative and accessible website, but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every general description meets your particular requirements. To the extent lawful, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or third party resources. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other applicable legislation. Remedies and liability for subscribed services are governed by the signed agreement, subject to mandatory law. Report material website errors or suspected misuse through the appropriate contact channel.
08Governing law, disputes and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah. For visitors and customers contracting with the US entity, the laws of [US STATE] apply, except where mandatory local law applies. The jurisdiction and dispute provisions of a signed customer agreement prevail for that agreement. Contact legal@manaraone.com to raise a concern before commencing proceedings where appropriate. Updated website terms are published with an updated date; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued mandatory rights or amend a signed customer agreement without its required process.
