01Operator and contact details
Manara One operates this website through two entities: [UAE ENTITY LEGAL NAME], licensed in the Emirate of Sharjah under licence number [LICENCE NO.], with its address at [SHARJAH ADDRESS]; and [US ENTITY LEGAL NAME], established in [US STATE], with its address at [US ADDRESS]. The relevant entity is identified in a customer’s signed agreement. Website legal correspondence may be sent to legal@manaraone.com; privacy and Data Protection Officer enquiries to privacy@manaraone.com; security reports to security@manaraone.com; and accessibility feedback to accessibility@manaraone.com. Please identify the relevant service and request without including unnecessary personal or confidential information.
02Commitment, scope and legal context
Manara One aims to make its public website usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and language preferences. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 level AA. We recognise Federal Law No. 29 of 2006 on the Rights of People of Determination, as amended, and the importance of equal access in the UAE. This statement covers the English and Arabic marketing website, its navigation, public information and enquiry forms. Customer ERP deployments have their own configuration and contractual scope. The target is an ongoing commitment, not an assertion of independent certification or a guarantee that every possible assistive technology combination behaves identically.
03Keyboard access and navigation
The website supports keyboard navigation through links, commands and form fields. A skip link provides a route to primary content. Navigation menus and dialogs use accessible interaction patterns, with Escape available to close them and focus managed when a dialog is opened or dismissed. Legal pages provide numbered headings and a table of contents linking directly to each section. Links describe their destination and important icon commands have accessible names. We aim to maintain visible focus indicators and a logical reading order. You should not need a pointer to read legal information, navigate public pages or complete the currently available form validation flow.
04Arabic, reading order and text presentation
Arabic pages use right to left layout, an Arabic language declaration and appropriate text direction. English pages use left to right layout. Shared content and controls are translated so that language selection does not remove access to a public page. Email addresses and technical identifiers retain a readable direction where needed. Headings organise information into clear sections and legal translations use formal Modern Standard Arabic. We aim to keep text legible when browser zoom or user font preferences change, with layouts adapting to smaller screens. Meaningful information is presented as text rather than only as text embedded in an image.
05Contrast, images and reduced motion
The design uses contrast conscious foreground and background combinations and does not rely solely on colour to communicate an error or important state. Meaningful images have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are not intended to convey unique information. Motion respects the user’s reduced motion preference, reducing transitions and animated effects where requested. Content remains available without relying on animation to reveal its meaning. Image dimensions help stabilise the layout during loading. Public information, headings and links are available in initial page HTML so basic reading does not depend on JavaScript. Some interactive features still require scripting to perform their actions.
06Forms and accessible communication
Contact and demonstration forms associate labels with their fields, identify required information and provide text errors when validation fails. Invalid fields are marked and the first identified error receives focus after submission. Status messages describe the result. Current forms validate in the browser without transmitting or storing an enquiry; their disclosure explains this behaviour. The Privacy Policy describes the relevant information and handling. You may use accessibility@manaraone.com instead of a form if an access barrier prevents completion. Do not include sensitive identity documents or confidential records in an accessibility report; a brief description of the barrier is normally sufficient to begin.
07Known limitations and continuing evaluation
No accessibility limitations are known at publication. This reflects our current knowledge, not a claim that undiscovered barriers cannot exist. Feedback is welcome, including problems involving keyboard focus, screen readers, text direction, contrast, zoom, forms or motion preferences. External resources, third party services and a user’s browser or assistive technology can affect the experience; we will consider reported interactions rather than dismissing them because another provider is involved. We review accessibility when content and navigation change and prioritise barriers affecting essential information or completion of an important task. This statement will be updated if a limitation is identified.
08Feedback, response and assistance
Email accessibility@manaraone.com with the page address, a description of the difficulty and, if helpful, the browser, device or assistive technology involved. State your preferred accessible response format without disclosing unnecessary personal information. We respond within five business days and may ask for clarification to understand the barrier. That response period is not a promise that every issue will be fully resolved within five days. We will explain available assistance and appropriate next steps, including an alternative way to obtain the information where practicable. Privacy related requests use privacy@manaraone.com, and urgent suspected security issues should be reported privately to security@manaraone.com.
