02Scope and necessary technologies
This policy explains cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used to deliver the Manara One website. A cookie is a small value associated with a site and sent with relevant browser requests. Local storage stays in the browser until removed, while session storage normally ends with the browsing session. These technologies differ from ordinary server logs. Our website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Necessary functionality is limited to the language preference, where it is stored, and any security cookies set by hosting. Language selection also works through English and Arabic page addresses and does not depend on an advertising identifier.
03Essential storage inventory
The table identifies the essential storage categories and their durations. “Language preference” is a functional description, not a claim that a particular named cookie is set: the current website carries the language in the URL and does not persist a separate preference. Hosting security cookies are controlled by the delivery provider; their names can vary by challenge or session and no fixed cookie identifier is asserted here. 04Why essential storage does not require consent
Strictly necessary storage supports a service you request or protects its delivery. Essential storage does not require cookie consent where the applicable law provides that exemption; this is not permission to use it for unrelated profiling or advertising. Selecting a language is a functional request, and a security challenge can protect the service from abuse. No optional cookie will be added before consent is requested. 05Hosting logs and external resources

07Personal information, enquiries and AI
The website does not save contact form entries in cookies or browser storage. Current forms validate locally without sending an enquiry; when submission is enabled, enquiry records use the EU database and retention described in the Privacy Policy, not cookies. Messages submitted to the Solution advisor are sent through Lovable’s AI gateway to generate recommendations. Do not include personal or confidential data. Conversations are not used for advertising and are retained only as needed to answer and protect the service. Customer ERP storage and optional product integrations are governed by the customer agreement, not by a website cookie choice.

Contact privacy@manaraone.com about storage, provider requests or privacy rights. Describe the page, browser and concern without including passwords or sensitive records. We will distinguish necessary delivery behaviour from optional processing when responding. This policy is updated when relevant storage practices change and the publication date identifies the applicable text.
